Under the neon lights of Kabukicho, Tokyo’s red-light district, Saki and Miyu walk the streets where they once became sex workers at just 14. Rescued by a fellow survivor now working with the NGO PAPS, they in turn join the organization to protect and support girls facing sexual exploitation. Made up entirely of women, survivors, social workers and lawyers, the association shares a common trauma and a collective fight. Over the course of a season, they reveal their resilience, hopes and struggles, as cinema stands beside them.
