Lovelorn Ruby has just about given up on finding the right man in New York City when she bumps into Sam. They quickly fall for each other but almost as fast their relationship takes a mysterious turn. Just as Ruby is beginning to relish her first “healthy” relationship, Sam begins muttering about being a time traveler from the year 2470.
